native iOS fonts issue

Hi,

i was wondering if anyone had similar problem?

What we have:

  1. Native font on iOS like Georgia used in text object using display.newText
  2. no font files are embedded in the app, no standalone raster images of the font exist in the app
  3. Georgia font is used in print screens in app store (both from app and additional text)
  4. Georgia font is used on website with a link to app store

Is this ok ? or additional font license must be bought ? Like i said no font files are embedded in the app.
Personally i think that 1 and 2 is ok but 3 and 4 should use another “free” font.
