native keyboard looks old (larger)

Hi, I’m wondering whether it’s possible to use a more new/updated keyboard. Current apps seem to have a more modern keyboard whereas the one that pops up in my Corona app (ie. when editing a textfield) is larger. I can post screenshots if necessary but the corona keyboard is about 25% bigger.
