native.setSync() { iCloudBackup = false }) only working on iPhone

We have a universal Corona iOS app that calls 

 

native.setSync(“files/”…destinationFolder, { iCloudBackup = false });

 

It works fine for iPhone, but in iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage>my iPad mini>Show All Apps ,the values are different between my iPad mini (3.7MB) and iPhone 4S (54kb). 

 

Anyone know why it’s different between the two devices?
