Does Corona support NFR and if so can someone point me to a resource?

No it does not.  This is something you would probably want to do with Corona Enterprise.

Maybe there is another way, i simplly want to share data with a nearby device?

Search forum for AutoLan. Not NFR but allows simple connections over IP for devices on the same LAN segment.
