One thing you may want to do if trying to find an artist and a developer is to mention what the split will be, what your job in the team is, etc.
It will be easier to find people who are interested if you make it clear what they get out of it

As I said before you may want to say what your role on the team is too - you mentioned there’s an artist and you, but not what you do.
