Need Coronalabs to Reset My Authorizations

I was a previous owner of Corona and had it installed on two computers. Those two computers have since been wiped and sold.

I have recently renewed my Pro subscription but it seems the simulator wants me to deauthorize the two computers that I no longer have. :wink:

Can the powers that be please wipe my authorizations please?

I would like to get started on a new project today.

Shortly after I posted I send a note to support@, and have a ticket number now.

Hi Dave,

I just checked with our Support team, and they told me your account has been de-authorized. You should have received an email from them. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your Junk inbox since sometimes our messages go straight to Junk.

If there are further issues related to deauth, please do a “reply” to that email so our Support team can track it.
