Need guidance to customize the slider graphics

I read that the only way to customize the slider graphics is to create your own imagesheet. So that’s what I did (maybe I’m doing creating the sheet incorrectly) and then I include the following code in the newSlider code:

sheet = myImageSheet

Now what I want to know is, how does the code know which part of the imagesheet is a background or a handler? It turns out that the background image becomes both the handler and slider background :confused: [import]uid: 69494 topic_id: 36409 reply_id: 336409[/import]

I did read up on that but what I am trying to do is have a custom image for the handler and another image for the slider. The sheet line in the newSlider code is just making everything in the imagesheet both the handler and the slider. [import]uid: 69494 topic_id: 36409 reply_id: 144598[/import]

neilw711, Corona Devs said that they are coming out with a themeing tutorial/documentation ASAP. I read somewhere that it would be out this week but they are busy with Widget 2.0 bugs so I wouldn’t hold your breath.
