Need help on renewal (Expiring in 2 days July 16th)

Hello, 

I’ve been a subscriber for 2 years +. After the recent changes to the plans, I have no idea how to renew my account. I tried sending an email to renewals@coronalabs.com to double check on my pricing but I haven’t get a reply yet.

I just don’t want it to expire as I want to have the 349USD offer. May I know how do I renew my account? Is it only through the email?

Jeffrey - no worries, if you sent an email to renewals@coronalabs.com you will get a response very soon. Even if you were to expire (which you won’t, we’ll respond before that), we will know you sent in the email in time.

So i just receive my corona sdk has expired. But I haven’t get any promo code from renewals@coroalabs.com… am I misunderstanding something?

Seem like to me this process could be made automated instead of us having to jump thru hoops

I really hope I can still get the coupon from renewals@coronalabs.com because I was implementing in app purchases and it is almost done =/ I would really want to resub but the renewal wasn’t clear. Not to sound stingy or anything like that but USD599 is really just too much for me right now, it is like 700 bucks more in my country. I would definitely pay the USD599 once my app is release and get some cash flowing in.

From what I understood from the FAQ:

To renew, please send us an email to renewals@coronalabs.com and include the email address for the Corona account you are renewing. We will quickly check that you are eligible and then send you a coupon code you can use at checkout.

 So I am still awaiting for a reply… and yeah I agree, this should be automated.

Jeffrey - just checked and you should have received a response earlier today with the code.
