Need help to deauthorize

I reformatted my windows PC, and after re-installing Corona it say’s I’ve reached my 2 machine limit (My mac is still authorized).

I submitted a support request a few days ago to deauthorize my windows machine and have not had any response yet.

It seems like you get a faster response if you post to the forums so I’m trying that.

I’m starting to get upset.

It’s been about 7 day’s since I submitted my support request to deauthorize my windows pc and still no response. It seem’s like this should be a fairly simple thing to do…
