Need Help to put app on device for testing

I have been trying to do this for the past 3 hours but still no luck. i created a Development Provisioning Profiles and a Distribution Provisioning Profiles and made it ad hoc but when i build it on my device corona gives me this error warning:

Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, or it was not signed with an iPhone Distribution Certificate. (-19011)
Executable=/Users/alfredjunco/Desktop/Bridge.app/Bridge

Have you enabled your device for development? I presume you don’t get past the app building stage which sounds like bad provisioning profiles [import]uid: 84637 topic_id: 18658 reply_id: 71713[/import]
