Everyone had to learn the SDK at some point, so why don’t you give it a go its not too hard!

If you only have Windows you could always consider building for Android.
Alternatively, if you put a great deal of effort into your app you might consider investing in a Mac Mini - refurbished they’re very affordable.

well i dont know if i wanna pay the 99 dollars a year for an app that i dont really plan on selling i just kinda want to get it on my ipod and maybe my friends so does anyone know if you need a mac to put it on the cydia store? or if there is another way i can put it on my ipod?
