I need to create a simple mathematics game based off of the Star Explore game in the Corona introduction lessons. I already have a game in mind but I have no idea how to start coding and creating the game.

 

Is anyone able to help me build a template or create the game?

Hi,

You are talking about paying someone to do the job and stick to game design youself.

A common scenario but you’ll find that to hire a game coder isn’t free or cheap.

Is this for a class?  Are you sure it needs to be based on star explorer or is that just the tutorial you’ve been using to learn Corona?

This is the third or fourth post we’ve had exactly like this in the last few months - people are clearly being taught using the Star Explorer example and then asked to use what they’ve learned in a maths game, but not really taking any of it in if they have no idea where to start.
