Corona,
My current Pro subscription expires tomorrow and I need my renewal promo code so I can stay with Pro for $299 for 1 more year.
I emailed the renewal email address yesterday to get it and when I checked my email today, it was from an “auto responder” and said my request would be responded to when ever you get to it.
Can someone tell me what I’m to do?
Without a promo code, I’m gonna get dinged for the full price?

The reply was to use the code previously issued at last renewal.
I couldn’t find my receipt and they set me either a new code or a copy of the old one, not sure.
Anything to get rid of that annoying renewal notice…
