Need to authorize a different account for a machine that is already authorized to someone else

Hello,

Unusual problem: I have a basic account with Corona and want to attach the SDK on my work machine to that account.Problem is that Corona is already registered (as starter) to someone who has left the company.

I have tried to delete the ~/Applications/CoronaSDK ; the ~/Library/Preferences/com.ansca … files ; and the ~/Library/Corona files (I don’t remember all their names, but they are gone.

The simulator still has the old email registered account and I can’t deactivate (don’t know his password).

Any guidance here would be greatly appreciated. Oh and I started a support ticket, but thought I would ask here as well.

Thanks,

Hi @rshinol65,

I have internally de-authorized the machines registered with your account, but this may not solve this unique issue. Can you load the Corona Simulator at all? If so, you should be able to de-authorize from there as well (and it shouldn’t ask for the password to DE-authorize, only when you RE-authorize, using your account credentials).

Best regards,

Brent Sorrentino
