New Bug for tableView introduced in 2013.1260. backgroundColor leaking through

As of 2013.1260, the tableview backgroundColor is leaking through underneath every row.  This was fine in previous builds.  The tableview backgroundColor for my tableview is blue.  You can see from the image that right underneath the grey row separator, the blue is showing through.
