I’m hoping that someone has a solution to this as I am starting to get support emails.
With the introduction of Android 4.3, it added multiple user accounts. Parents are now adding separate accounts for their kids on these devices. The problem I am having is that when parents get an app that they previously had on there user for their child, the in-app purchase becomes locked again. When they go to unlock, it will charge them again as it is a different user account. Does anyone have a solution for this?
