Our latest app, " Event the Day" has been released!
Event the Day is an indispensable tool perfect for any event or wedding planner, simplifying your job with quick access to clients/vendors, maximizing efficiency and productivity, keeping you current, all at the touch of your fingertips.
The app allows for vendor and vendor item creation. These items can then be assigned to clients and the totals be displayed on the client information page. The individual client information can be exported as a HTML file and e-mailed to whom ever.
This information contains not only everything on the client information page, but each individual items that are assigned to the client are shown (along with the name of the company) and whether or not the item has been paid for (by the client). Also on this HTML file the location of the event can be clicked on and a map of the location is shown.
For events that have yet to occur, a brief summary (client name and date of the event) is shown on the main screen.
