Hey all I’m new and just had a couple questions. Is Corona really that much easier than just using xcode and a tool like cocos2d? You’re coding already with Corona so I’m just trying to figure out if it really is better and faster to use Corona. Also are you able to edit or add things in xcode with Corona or can you only use lua? Thanks [import]uid: 166006 topic_id: 31333 reply_id: 331333[/import]
I’d say cocos2d is a lot more complicated, as you are still coding in objC.
for me, coming from actionscript development, learning LUA was like a walk in the park.
Corona Indie & Pro subscriptions allow no linkages to native objC code/libraries.
You need an Enterprise subscription for that.
