No love for existing customers when it comes to renewal pricing?

So my subscription is up in a week and in looking at this - I realized that to renew my subscription I pay full price.

Just wondering if you guys ever considered a slight discount for renewing customers? Existing customers need less support, have existing apps, help new users, and share more code.

Seems like a small discount would be a great way to reward existing customers for renewing.

Just a thought. [import]uid: 13784 topic_id: 29883 reply_id: 329883[/import]

@marble68 - I am happy to bring up your concerns/thoughts in our next team meeting.

@LakeviewHotel - The training we offer is very comprehensive and is provided one-on-one with a member of the team. You will find the pricing is actually comparable to a lot of programming courses offered to groups except with the obvious advantage of one-on-one attention.

Don’t know about anyone else, but I think the “support and training” section could be a little more affordable. However even if it would be a 100 or 200 dollars off, I unfortunately can’t afford something like that.

I see. Still if I could afford it, think it would take me less time to finish up my game. : / [import]uid: 128294 topic_id: 29883 reply_id: 119855[/import]

The training is aimed at newer users while the debugging etc is obviously more advanced. What specifically are you hoping to learn? If I know of any tutes/resources am happy to point you in the right direction if I can. [import]uid: 52491 topic_id: 29883 reply_id: 120008[/import]

Well… issues with a few things, from displaying images on a HUD(health/lives, score, time limit), memory matching gameplay mechanic that’s more corona sdk ver 2012.819 friendly(mobiletuts example code doesn’t work in .819) . Also a simplified way of using different images in different levels of a game. Do have most of the graphics done for both titles. [import]uid: 128294 topic_id: 29883 reply_id: 120014[/import]

I’m taking a few weeks off my own projects to recharge, I may have some spare time to help you. If you’re an artist maybe we can come to some arrangement. Drop me an e-mail if you like: otterstudios@hotmail.co.uk

Do you use twitter by any chance? Think I followed you a few months ago and that has some of my artwork displayed. Also do blender modeling as well, in the process of trying to texture a few low poly objects for unity asset store. [import]uid: 128294 topic_id: 29883 reply_id: 120123[/import]

Thanks Peach!
Hopefully, it will make sense to the management team. [import]uid: 13784 topic_id: 29883 reply_id: 120138[/import]
