No way to install coronium desktop on Mac

Hello, I’ve tryed to install Corinium as in instructions: http://docs.coronium.cloud/en/latest/Deploy/Localhost/

but no chance to see it working on.

My Mac:

  • Macbook Pro 8,3 (last 2011)

  • drive ssd

  • no cd dvd because second drive 7200 toshiba hd (here is the users folder)

  • os Sierra updated to last version

  • installed node, npm, angular, yo, brew, grunt, bower, phantomjs and more for angular2 development

What’s happened

  1. vagrant machine won’t complete setup because it stop when the network task (you get a message to please contact the support but never address, to write to).

  2. I’m stubborn, so I found the ~/.vagrant folder and I imported manually the machine but when I started up it, user and password where vagrant/vagrant and no coronium install were in

  3. I tryed to install a fresh ubuntu 14.02 server but never chance to get the file at https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/coronium-installers/ubuntu/install.sh

I’m starting my first project in Corona SDK and I really would like to work with Coronium to be the engine of entire communications (app and angular website via websocket) but honestly I’m not interested to create a droplet on DigitalOcean before to be sure everythings works well!

Is it possible to have some help?

Thanks and please… forgive my bad english

Because Vagrant uses the “vagrant” user as the main entry point, this does not work properly with Coronium because Coronium wants a specific user to run the processes.

Alternatively, you can try Coronium on DigitalOcean for 1 to 2 months depending on droplet size. A $5/2 months box will do just fine for the testing what you need.
