My Nook App was rejected this morning for this reason:

The app must be installed only to internal memory. Please remove this

from your manifest and resubmit.
How can this be fixed?
What does your build.settings file look like?
Just looked at the build.settings folder, and I placed the wrong one in there- it had the external storage bit in there that was causing the issue, thanks for your help!
