Nook - IAP rejected

Our apps were rejected because :

Your application contains IAP functionality, please change IAP radio button to ??Yes?? and resubmit

Does anyone has any advises on fixing this issue ?

Did you include store functionality?  For the Nook, that would have meant adding the Fortumo plugin.

If you did, then in the App information screen, you need to specify that you are offering IAP.
