I have been using Corona SDK on Mac and Windows and keep shifting between these two by deauthorizing the SDK on the respective platform when I need to switch. This had been working without any issues for the past 2 weeks but today the deautorize stopped working. When I press reauthorize on Mac, it simply goes back to the preferences window without actually connecting to the server. Can somebody help me please? * the spell check has changed all the deauthorize to reauthorize! [import]uid: 87874 topic_id: 15586 reply_id: 57548[/import]
You are able to use the SDK on two machines at once, is there a reason you deactivate to keep it only authorized on one? (Perhaps you’re using more than two machines.)
I’ll pass this along today

Hello Peach,
You are right, I am using more than one - I have a imac desktop, a powerbook and a windows laptop.

Hello sriharika,
Could you please give a detailed account of what part exactly is not working? Something like this would help:
Step 1: Installed Corona SDK and launched it
Step 2: Asked me to authorize.
Step 3: Input “this” on “such” textbox.
Step 4: An error message appeared, it says “this and that”.
Step 5: I hit “here”, it takes to “there”.
Also, make sure that you have only 2 machines authorized at the same time, per Peach’s info. If you enter a support case, somebody in that team will be able to follow your case directly through emails. Here’s the link for the support forms:

Thanks for all the response and sorry for the late reply - I was traveling!
The current status after I followed the suggestion in the mail from the support staff is that all three of my machines - windows, iMac and MacBook seems to have been authorized at the same time where as the limitation is for any 2 machines to be authorized.

I do not know how it got into this state. So please advise what I should do to ensure that I am not violating the license policy. Also seems like there is some bug in your authorization infrastructure.
Thanks
