Not getting any Contact from Support

Hi Corona!

I want to get an Enterprise license, so I sent you the “CONTACT” form 3 weeks ago, didn’t get any replies, checked junk mail and stuff, nothing. Sent another “CONTACT” from the Enterprise pricing page again about 2 weeks ago and again no replies…

Who and how should I contact the sales rep to get an Enterprise licence?

Can’t really keep waiting forever… 3 weeks to inquiry about buying something without reply seems really odd.

What is the direct link to the contact form you used?

Did you get a ticket number from an automated email after you sent your email?

Unfortunately I didn’t get any sort of automated replies or ticket numbers either.

When I’ve posted bug reports in the past, I normally have received ticket numbers, but it might be a different system.

It is indeed a different system. We’ve had some restructuring recently, and that system may have fallen through the cracks. I’ve contacted others and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
