I tried changing from the Google V3 billing plug-in to the new .billing plug-in but I’m getting errors in the simulator. See below:

I tried following some suggestions on Discord to remove the plug-in cache, but that hasn’t helped. I’ve tried rebooting, uninstalling/resinstalling Solar, and it still won’t find the plug-in.
And now I can’t load ANY store plugins. plugin.amazon.iap and plugin.apple.iap give the exact same type of error. I’ve opened a Github case, but I was curious if anyone else has seen this problem? Seems like a corrupted simulator installation but I’m not sure how to fix it.
