Not receiving notification "token" IOS 7 (Unable to register for push noitifaction)

Corona SDK build version : 2015.2761

Test device : iPhone 6 : iOS 9

Receiving the notification token(through launch arguements), and everything works fine.

Test device : iPhone 4 : iOS 7

Same code but not receiving the notification token for iOS 7. Also I didn’t get any popup at app start.

What could be the problem ? Any suggestions ?
