Not showing in Correct Orientation

Hi,

I have an app that only supports landscape right orientation. I’ve integrated vungle but the ads do not show in the correct orientation. Even after playing around with the auto rotate options when playing a Vungle ad, they’re always chopped off. I have the exact same code in another one of my apps and it works perfectly. They’re both configured the exact same in the vungle dashboard (I even swapped around the IDs in my code, to see if it was a vungle server issue - it isn’t). I’m using the latest daily build in both my apps, and for some reason it just doesn’t work only on 1 of them.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Figured it out. This happens when you call native.showAlert before calling up a vungle ad.

For me also same problem. I am not calling native.showAlert before calling up a vungle ad. How to fix this issue?.

Has anyone figured this out?  I just started trying Vungle yesterday and I always get ads in landscape mode only, although my app forces portrait mode.
