Observation on project creation

I have a few hundred files in my project. If I create it in CPM using File -> new project, and then use the ‘new asset’ button to add my existing files, it takes much longer to add all the files - it gets to a point where I’m watching the files come in one by one. However, if I add a project in by dropping the folder into the left window, it’s very fast.

It was a bit of a turnoff for me before I figured out the ‘fast’ way so thought I’d let you know :slight_smile:

Thanks for letting me know about that. I *should* be using the same routines to import no matter how you initiate it, but obviously something’s wrong. :slight_smile:
