Once the price goes up...

Hey guys, just downloaded the trial lastnight and I’m loving Corona so far.
So, I’m sure I’m gonna buy it - but I know that the price is going up later this month. I know there’s a Game Edition coming out, but what exactly will I have to buy, how much will it cost me in total and what exactly do I get?
I’m just a bit confused at the moment, thanks! [import]uid: 8889 topic_id: 2006 reply_id: 302006[/import]

If you want to buy it, buy it now for 99USD. The price is going up to 249 USD on the September 15th 2010 for the Standard SDK. The game edition, which is include right now, will then be seperate. No one knows how much it will be (besides ANSCA and they refuse to that right now) but it was said the price will be higher. You can download the trial of the game edition too.
The game edition is the Corona SDK plus 3 extra modules, sprites(Sheets), physics(Box2D) and OpenFeint. [import]uid: 5712 topic_id: 2006 reply_id: 5870[/import]

@digitaldeath – if you want to check out Game Edition, you can download a trial version here:
http://developer.anscamobile.com/downloads/game-edition

The documentation starts here:

My advice is to play with some of the Game Edition sample code, included with the SDK. If you have any interest at all, subscribe to Corona before Wednesday, while Game Edition is still included for free.

Trust me on this, our current pricing is a bargain  [import]uid: 3007 topic_id: 2006 reply_id: 5875[/import]

Cheers guys! Yeah, I wish I had the cash right now, but it looks like that won’t happen until after the price goes up! :frowning:
Another question, do I have to pay a yearly fee on top of the initial purchase? [import]uid: 8889 topic_id: 2006 reply_id: 5891[/import]
