OpenFeint Fix or Workaround?

Hello,

Back in June there was a topic filed in Bug Reports that explained how if a user was to reject the OpenFeint dialog that they would never have the option to use OpenFeint again unless they uninstalled/reinstalled the app.

I was wondering what the status of this was at? My game’s development is going really great so far, and I am really enjoying the Facebook posting functionality but I want to incorporate some of the great OpenFeint features such as leaderboards and achievements… However, I don’t want to cut people off permenantly from those features if they first decide to reject OpenFeint.

I personally know of a few games where I first rejected OpenFeint and then after playing the game for a while decided I wanted to dive in and compete with other people.

If that hasn’t been fixed yet, I was wondering, is there some kind of workaround, possibly by using Web Popups?
