Opening e-mail and site from a About screen

Hi,

My game has an About screen, showing my e-mail and my web site.

I would like that when the user touches the e-mail, the native e-mail client is called, so the user can type a message and send to me.

And when touch the web site, he/she it´s directed to my web site.

Is that possible?
