From time to time there are issues like this on Paypal’s end - the payment just doesn’t get completed for whatever reason.
You should simply try to purchase again - if for some reason there’s an issue then you should contact support and they can help you out; http://developer.anscamobile.com/forms/support
I’ve had this issue myself (not with Corona but with Paypal) and normally the second attempt does it fine.

Thaks to all. It seems there was a problem with a payment from PayPal. The payment wasn’t send and the order stuck in a state of “Processing”. We did a second order which is OK and Completed. I don’t know what to do with the original “Order” that is still in “Processing” state. Maybe Ansca staff can cancel it. Thanks once more to all. Can you cancel it yourself from within Paypal by clicking on “details” or the like next to the payment?
I’m not certain how Paypal works with this, it sounds to me like when a bank charge is “processing” but didn’t hit, it gets returned after a couple of days.
That said, if you want to know for sure you can get in touch using this form and someone who does know the ins-and-outs of this sort of thing can tell you whether or not there’s anything Ansca can do to speed it up for you; http://developer.anscamobile.com/forms/support
