Paid job. Instagram integration for finished app

We’ve developed a prototype app already so the source code is done. We just need proof-of-concept for the client.

The app is a simple photo gallery that shows galleries, and allows you to select and share photos to twitter and facebook using the social plugin, but the client (naturally!!!) wants Instagram capability.

Native Obj-C is needed, and thus a need for Corona Enterprise is needed too!

Once this is completed, we’d need the finished version built with our UDID’s or uploaded to TestFlight so we can see it running on our devices and show it to the client. We would hope to create an on-going relationship with developers who can provide us with Corona Enterprise (and thus, Obj C, and C native library integration) capabilities.

No idea what I should be offering, so I’ll wait for any offers to come in!

Best,

Mario

I’m not sure mroberti, but you might be able to do that without enterprise using system.openurl()…

According to the docs, the syntax would be something like:

system.openURL(“instagram://location?id=1”)

You of course would need instagram installed on the device (it needs to intercept the instagram:// URL when it installs)

Best of luck.

No problem, found someone to do it for me in Enterprise.

Thanks!!

Also, regarding the “system.openURL(“instagram://location?id=1”)” I had inquired about that and got a few mixed responses but no worries. I’m stoked with the help I got!

So what solution did you end up with?  We’re in need of support for Instagram and trying to figure out what is possible.

Be interested in your insights …

Many thanks!

We paid a third party developer to build the solution for us! Give me your info and I’ll put you in touch with 'em!

Oh, and it was iOS only for our requirements, I didn’t require Android, so it might cost more if you want that. Just a heads up.
