Particle Candy Samples in CPM

Unlike the Corona SDK sample code, Particle Candy sample code won’t automatically work when you drag it into CPM. But it’s very easy to tweak what you get from X-Pressive so it will work when you click the Launch button.

Here’s a quick video showing all you have to do:

Have you received your update from Particle Candy? They just updated their library to be compatible with the new Corona version and somehow I can’t get it to work through CPM now. I must be doing something stupid so I’ll back track and verify again but wanted to check if you have it working on your end. Thanks

EDIT : It was me. Please ignore. Your previous suggestion still works. [import]uid: 11904 topic_id: 4201 reply_id: 13428[/import]

Yay! That’s the kind of tech support questions I like – self-answering!

Thanks for the follow-up – I haven’t grabbed the PC update yet but it’s good to know I shouldn’t have to make any changes to accommodate that.

You bet! This way you can spend more time on that 1.2 update and get it out to us sooner eh? Keep well! [import]uid: 11904 topic_id: 4201 reply_id: 13430[/import]

Yeah, don’t tell anyone, but you can sneak v1.2 right now from here: http://coronaprojectmanager.com/blog/ (2nd post down at this point).

I haven’t sent out the “get it now!” email because I’m still pounding on it, but it seems to be working fine.
