Payment issue

Hi everyone,

I just registered an account and bought pro package ($349). I entered my credit card info (3-5 times), it always show me can’t processed my card. Now, I checked on my card info, it charged me twice times ($349 x 2) but It didn’t show anythings on my order history in corona develop. Who had the same problem with me? Please let me know what should I do now?

As bfintal mentioned above you need to contact support/sales directly as we can’t assist with this via the forum - however if you do so someone will be able to sort out your license and getting any refund you’re entitled to. It would also be helpful to let them know about the message you got regarding your card not being processed; this hasn’t been reported previously and is certainly worth looking into if it causing anyone headaches. (Which it obviously has for you.)
