payment problem of corona indie ios

Hi everyone,

I tried to make the payment for corona i completed all the steps to pay with paypal. In website its said everything is successfull. Now in my corona account my order status is processing since the last 5 days. and also i sent mail to support center many times but all of them sent me back that it will be replied but nobody sent any reply.
Also there have been no attempt to get 199 us from my paypal account.

I also called anscamobile with phone but there were nobody who is speaking english.

I need help because i need to finish this issue soon and submit the apps that i developed using corona.

Yep, i tried to do it with directly creedit card and i guess it worked this time, please cancel the paypal order because i dont want to be charged twice, and after long working hours about the certificates and icons problems i guess i submitted the app i hope it will be accepted.
