I need to use PayPal payment mechanism in my app. But in corona docs Gremlin Interactive support links are not working so how could i get license key and credentials.

Gremlin Interactive no longer develops plugins for Corona, I believe they closed down completely and updated their plugins so you no longer need a licence. I’m not sure if the plugin hosted by Corona (i.e. the one used when building via the simulator) has been updated to no longer use a licence, or if it even exists at all.
They also made the plugins open source, however you’d need Corona Enterprise in order to use that:
We are probably no longer hosting this because Gremlin Interactive shut down before we had to switch everything to 64 bit to satisfy Apple requirements.
