Pending Contract

A week ago about the state of the application in iTunnes connect is “Pending Contract”. Apple tells me nothing. It has happened other times I have missed something. 

What you do not understand is why the guesswork that’s what happens. 

I’m sure I have to do something else. But not that.

It is best to go to iTunes Connect, sign in and goto ‘Contacts, Tax, and Banking’ and make sure that your contract(s) have not expired.  Look at the ‘contracts in effect’… there should be an ‘IOS Paid Applications’ contact or an ‘IOS Free Applications contract’ or both if you have paid apps or free apps or both.

It could also be that there has been a change to the contract wording that may have occurred since the last app you submitted to the app store. If that is the case, you likely just need to agree to the new wording and that should put your app back into ‘waiting for review’ state.
