EDIT : - I have just tried creating a blank Physics game using the template provided with Corona and it appears to have the exact same problem.
Menus are fine, but as soon as a level with Physics appears (eg - the crate over the grass) the system slows to a crawl and I get a couple of FPS.

I posted this at the end of my other thread, but am reposting it here as a separate issue as I think it is unrelated.
Having just updated my Corona to the latest build and updated my app, I have found that something has gone wrong with the physics and frame rate somehow.
It works perfectly in the Windows Simulator, but when I build to device, the menus are all fine, but as soon as any scene with physics appears, it lags completely, playing at maybe a couple of frames per sec.
