Pickerwheel picks wrong value

Hey guys, 

I’m about to submit a bug report for the following but it would be helpful if someone could check that I’m not doing something silly to cause this to happen. The issue is that the picker wheel is selecting the wrong value after being spun. I’m 90% sure its because I’m using a scroll bar or display group, but there isn’t really any getting around that.

Any help would be appreciated. Attached is a cut down version of the app that reproduces the issue.

Another copy of the issue that doesn’t use storyboard, but does have the same config file as I’m using.

Hey Rob,

Do you know of a time-scale for this issue to be fixed? My boss is getting worried about it and starting to talk about redesign, just want to be able to reassure him that it won’t be too long.

Hi @Mourdos,

I just asked engineering specifically about this. It’s being addressed today or tomorrow, and the fix should roll out into a daily build by the beginning of next week.

Just letting you know that this has been fixed and it goes in the testing phase. If everything is ok, you should see the fix with your bug number in a daily build very soon.

I posted a bug 25115 very similar to this and still not working on daily build 1170. Actually you can “position” the picker wheel between 2 values. You get a “nil” when trying to get the value.
