Picking movie from camera roll

Is it possible to select a movie from the device’s camera roll to play using media.playVideo or native new video? This is a very important feature for our app. Please help!

Bumping this up because this is an extremely important feature for our app. Is it possible to play a video by selecting it from the camera roll? We want the user to be able to select a movie from their camera roll, save it in the DocumentsDirectory and play it from within our app. I know that Corona does not support taking a video from within the app, but how about selecting a video and playing it??
