Pinch and zoom

In the app I am writing, I want to have pictures lying around, scattered like a desktop.

Is there any way to be able to pinch and zoom each object ? Lets say I have 20 images lying on top of one another, then I wold just zoom with 2 fingers on one image and it would get larger.
