Piston/Prismatic Joints not working like in other box2d applications.

I am new to corona but have already learned a lot. I am however having problems with piston joints. I know it works with Box2d and flash but I don’t know if its a bug or if I’m just missing something, but I’ve tried everything I can think of.

A piston joint is supposed to be restricted to a single axis, but collision pushes it off of this axis. If I either collide it with another physics object or drag it, it will come off the axis.

Here is a flash example of it working properly with box 2d.

I would imagine everything that uses box2d in flash would work exactly the same in corona. I am also having troubles with physic objects sticking and jerking and so forth, but I am still playing around with density, friction and so forth.

I’ve read all the related post on the forums and have seen that horacebury has had many problems with the same issues and I never noticed any resolutions.

If anybody would like to help but doesnt understand what I’m talking about, I’ll post a sample code if needed.
