Playing youtube in webview (Android)

We tried to play the youtube video in android webview. However, only sound can play when we start the video

After investigation, the problem is from “hasBackground”. If we create the webview with “hasBackground = true”, the video player cannot correctly.

Is it behave normal?

Should I report to bug list instead of asking here?
