This is related to the request to add Nook Shop intent support posted a year ago. That request got a “we are working on it” response but a year later its not happened.

My request is more basic, can you please add basic android intents. Usually they are fairly simple setting the intent and some params then calling it. Can we have a corona api which provides a thin wrapper to the android functionality.
Why is this important?
The major selling point for corona is that its cross platform. We can build apps and games and distribute them on different app stores. Android has a lot of different app stores and they each have different way linking between apps and the app store api. Usually its using intents, which in a basic form are link hyperlinks for the android platform.
Without support for intents we are stuck. We can build cross platform apps but are unable to link to our upgrade, so unable to earn money on many android app stores. This sucks since we may have to consider alternatives to corona going forward. 
Please can we have basic intents api?
