I am signed up under my company’s name but I’d like to be refereed to by my actual name (Andreas), is the following “end to my posts” allowed so people know who I am? (the one you will see right about now, no banner).

It’s OK - a lot of members haven’t read the rules
I have to say a general NO to the sign off as it contains a link that isn’t really relevant to the post - it’s just links being at the end of every post that gets tricky. What links are OK, what aren’t, etc.
You can include it in posts where a person might want to visit your site, like “Hey, X should fix your problem. I did similar with my game, Y. You can see it on my site if you’re interested.”
That kind of thing is alright; it’s just if everyone starts doing links at the end of every post we’re going to be flooded

That’s totally fine - you can include your company name and your position in the company as well if you wish, just no links.
