I just renewed and moved to Pro.
Downloaded latest build.
Says I must subscribe.

Tried removing preferences and now it says I have too many computers authorized.
I’m using the same computer as last time.

Your account is registered as Pro, you have the Pro tag.

Some quick things to try that may help while waiting on support;

  • Make sure Corona is deauthorized
  • Quit Corona
  • Go to users/library/preferences and delete files starting with com.anscamobile (normally up to three of them)
  • Relaunch Corona
  • Try to Authorize

In some cases that helps.

Please keep in mind if running Lion you cannot get to this library that way, you need to click on your desktop, click “go” in the top bar then hold down alt/option and the library shortcut will appear there.

But I am using the same computer as before the renewal and upgrade.
