plist information and build.settings file

Hi everybody,
my first iphone application is almost over. I Have gone through the build documentation and have been able to build the application.
My question is that I do not have a build.settings configuration file.
Is this mandatory to submit to apple store? and if yes what are the properties that should be set in this file?
Anyone has a sample of a build.settings file?
Thanks.

It is not mandatory. The build.settings file let you control the build process of the Corona engine. The documentation shows you all the possible settings. It could be that there is more so maybe someone can show you other stuff. [import]uid: 5712 topic_id: 1289 reply_id: 3488[/import]

Thanks for the answer Mike.
When applications are installed with itunes, I can see the categories under the icons (games, books, sports, …).
With a built corona application the category which is displayed is ‘unknown genre’.
I was wondering if this information/property was set in the build.settings file?

I think (as I did not publish to the app store yet) you will set the category, when you upload it to the app store. [import]uid: 5712 topic_id: 1289 reply_id: 3494[/import]
