plugin to pay and distribute money

Hi,

I want a plugin that allows users to pay for a service but which allows children to pay money to those same users.

is there a solution for that ?

Neither Apple or Google will permit this for “soft” goods. You can only do non-In App Purchases for physical real-world things. Both services have rules on letting children buy things.

Can you provide more specifics on how this will work?
