Did you localize your game for other countries?
1st launch on App Store only English.
I translated to French version which is available on android 1st April. I do think the localization helps. I am translating to russian and chinese now.

It is not a hit game and didn’t get featured by Apple, but I am very glad it doesn’t end up as one of the zero sales game club(I have a few of those)
To hit above #50 RPG in USA app store needs about 50 downloads per day.
I’ll share some data after 1 mth on the market.
